Wise Paycheck is a small operation, and email is the way to reach us.

Especially useful to hear about

• A number that looks wrong. If a result does not match your actual pay stub or your lender's quote, tell us the inputs you used and what you expected. Reports like this are the fastest route to a fix.
• A state that is off. State tax is the roughest part of the model. If you know your state's rules well, we would like to hear from you.
• Something broken. A field that will not accept input, a layout that breaks on your phone, a page that will not load. Include your browser and device if you can.
• Privacy requests. Questions about the Privacy Policy, or a request regarding your data.

What we cannot do

We cannot prepare your taxes, review your return, advise you on whether to take a job or buy a house, or tell you what a lender will approve. Those are questions for a tax professional or your lender, and answering them for individual visitors is outside what this site is.
